  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a project if conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work begins. The balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made by cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees.

4. Workmanship & Materials

  • We guarantee quality workmanship and use professional-grade materials unless otherwise specified.

  • Manufacturer warranties on paint or other materials will apply, if available.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions (such as water damage, mold, or structural problems).

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure the work area is accessible and free of personal belongings, fragile items, and obstacles.

  • For interior projects, we recommend removing valuables, electronics, and furniture before work begins.

  • We are not liable for damage to items left in the workspace.

6. Liability

  • We carry liability insurance for our services.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the scope of agreed-upon work.

7. Changes to the Agreement

  • Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or materials must be documented and agreed upon by both parties in writing.

  • Additional costs may apply for changes requested after work has begun.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are present or if payment terms are not met.

  • In such cases, you will be responsible for payment of all completed work and materials up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Jefferson County, MO.
